Charlotte proved to be an exceptional Living Water member in that she took advantage of her home schooling situation and left us ahead of schedule! She graduated a year early and used the time afterward to embark on a short-term missions trip to Indonesia. Upon returning to the Bay Area, she told us that she’d stopped off in Hawaii to change flights, found it to be “only” 80 degrees, and froze (Indonesia is only a few miles from the equator and therefore is around 100 degrees much of the time). God then played an interesting joke on her when she returned to Los Altos: her parents told her that she had to thank some people who had supported her, and promptly took her to Alaska to do so.
Follow Through is Charlotte’s song because of the cello part.
