You’ll need bread or ciabatta, bacon, eggs, and cheese (optional).
- Horizontal-slice (“parallel cut”) the ciabatta in half. Toast if you prefer.
- Fry/bake the bacon until crispy.
- Beat the eggs and fry them. When done, use a spatula to fold them into a square about the size of the ciabatta.
- Stack the eggs and bacon on the bottom half of the ciabatta. Add cheese if desired. Put the other half of the ciabatta on top.
