Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. chicken breast
- Pesto
- Oil
- If the chicken breast is whole/thick, parallel cut it so that it cooks more quickly/easily.
- Put the chicken breast, pesto, and some oil in a mixing bowl. If you’re using premade pesto, it probably already has oil in it. Mix gently until the chicken is completely coated.
- Put the chicken in a frying pan on medium heat (6-7), and cover to contain spatters from the pesto. Flip the chicken to cook the second side completely.
Note: When laying stuff into a frying pan, put it in the front of the pan and lay it going towards the far side. That way, anything that spatters will be heading away from you.
