Breakfast sandwich

You’ll need bread or ciabatta, bacon, eggs, and cheese (optional).

  1. Horizontal-slice (“parallel cut”) the ciabatta in half. Toast if you prefer.
  2. Fry/bake the bacon until crispy.
  3. Beat the eggs and fry them. When done, use a spatula to fold them into a square about the size of the ciabatta.
  4. Stack the eggs and bacon on the bottom half of the ciabatta. Add cheese if desired. Put the other half of the ciabatta on top.
