Spring Ring 2009 - DetailsSpring Ring 2009 - DetailsRegistration and setup will begin at 8:00 a.m. SCHMEE! will be having their final rehearsal during that time, so you're more than welcome to set up your equipment quietly and stay to watch the rest of the pre-event fun!
During the breaks there will be an opportunity to munch on goodies. We need your help with some good snacks--drinks provided, as this keeps cost down. This will also be a great time to shop, enjoy each other’s company, and ask questions.
If you re unable to bring your own tables, you may rent some for use at the Spring Ring. The small rental fee of $.50 per foot is used to help with custodial fees.
All choirs will participate in the mass ring.
SCHMEE! participants will perform one or two pieces, at Larry's discretion.
Your group may request a solo spot in the final concert - let us know on your registration form! Time length of your special piece is limited to four minutes.
MUSIC EXCHANGE AND ADVERTISEMENTS (near registration)
There will be a table reserved for directors to lay out music that they no longer use. Feel free to help yourself from this display. In addition, various groups may wish to advertise services, concerts, etc. Feel free to display your material or brochures.
EXTRA BELLS AND FOAM
If you have extra bells and foam that you can bring, let me know, as we will definitely need some help supplying all the classrooms. Many of the classes will require moving bells from the performance area to the classroom.
LIGHT SNACKS ARE APPRECIATED
This helps keep costs down. We will provide drinks of water, tea, coffee and a few sodas.
