About registration:

The one inclusive price includes all classes, morning and afternoon. Ringers will be on their own for a quick lunch (brought or bought nearby). There are many places to eat near the church during lunch and after the concert. Eating lunch, which many do, on the church campus is quite acceptable.

Registration and setup will begin at 8:30 a.m. Groups may begin rehearsing solo numbers as early as they arrive, but need to secure a rehearsal slot from the registration desk.

There will be a place for advertisements at registration.

During the breaks there will be an opportunity to munch on goodies. We need your help with some good snacks--drinks provided, as this keeps cost down. This will also be a great time to shop, enjoy each other’s company, and ask questions.

Large ensembles will be accepted and confirmed by mail on the basis of earliest reservations.

Early registration helps our planning!

If you plan on playing a solo, early registration will ensure a place in the program. There will be a limit of five (5) solo/ensemble pieces.

Late registrants are welcome as long as we have room.

Table Rental

If you are unable to bring your own tables, you may rent some for use at the Festival. The small rental fee of $0.50 per foot is used to help with custodial fees.

Music Exchange:

There will be a table display where directors may lay out music that they no longer use. Feel free to help yourself from this display. It is a free exchange.

Extra Bells and Foam:

If you have extra bells and foam that you can bring, let me know, as it will supply some of the classrooms. Most of the classes will require moving bells from the performance area to the classroom.

Snacks:

Light snacks are appreciated... this helps keep costs down. We will provide drinks.

Friends:

Please invite friends to the concert - we'd like a big audience!
