Hi! I'm the owner, composer, arranger, editor, marketing rep, and webmaster of Choraegus ShareMusic.
I was born and raised in Oakland, California. I graduated from Skyline High School and earned a Bachelor's degree in math and chemistry at U.C Berkeley.
I started piano and clarinet when I was nine years old, and acquired a few other instruments along the way: Guitar at eighteen, voice in my late teens, bowed psaltery in my early twenties, handbells in my late twanties, and electric bass in my late thirties (or so...). Composing and arranging started back in my senior high years, but didn't take off until much later.
I put my eternal trust in the Lord Jesus Christ when I was fifteen. This was the most important event of my whole life because it defines what I am and what I do. Jesus is the cornerstone of my existence, and therefore my goal is to live for His glory. My philosophy of ministry is the same as my philosophy of life, and so the two are irretrievably intermelded.
