This almost certainly is the Living Water Composition Project song with the greatest number of clues. At the time of writing, Cayley was not yet a college grad, didn't sing professionally, had entered (but had not won) the Junior Teen Miss Pageant, and was fifteen (this was subsequently changed to "sixteen," Cayley's age when we first performed this song). In addition, there also is a reference to her being petite in the word "stature" which is taken from I Samuel 16:7. Finally, the meaning of Jeanne, Cayley's middle name, is found in the phrase "His [God's] grace."

The message of the song is a reminder to all those who have felt as if God has no interest in using them in ministry: He does indeed desire to use each believer, and looks to our hearts rather than our external appearance (size, intelligence, talent...).

"God Looks On The Stature Of Your Heart" is interesting vocally because it splits to seven reasonably singable parts. In addition, the accompaniment appears to require a reach of a twelfth; however, it can be played with normal-sized hands.

You might not be a college grad,
You might not have a Ph.D,
You might not have a golden voice,
You might sing professionally,
But God can use your mind to show His ways,
And God can use your voice to sing His praise,
For He looks beyond the outer man.
Chorus: If you doubt that your ministry has an effect,
recall God has control,
And the service you do in His name He'll accept
if He has claim to your soul,
Though you may feel inadequate, the Lord sets you apart,
And sees beyond the surface to the stature of your heart.
You might not have a perfect smile,
You might not be a beauty queen,
You might not be grown-up at all,
Your age might only be sixteen.
But God can use your smile to show His face,
And God can use your life to share His grace.
For He looks beyond the outer man.

Chorus
So serve Him with joy in the Spirit's power,
And He will work through you every day and every hour.
Chorus
